As Commonwealth's Attorney of the 49th Judicial Circuit, I took an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I am committed to being faithful and true to the Commonwealth and faithful to this office according to law. As an elected official, it is my duty to prosecute all violations whether by adults or by juveniles subject to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of the criminal and penal laws which are to be tried in the Circuit Court in my judicial circuit.

It is my responsibility to protect and seek justice on behalf of the people of the Commonwealth in an efficient and professional manner. I will take this opportunity to exercise this power that you entrusted in me to prosecute fairly and equitably and justly. It is my and my office staff's goal to fight for the survivors of crime and hold offenders accountable. We will work diligently for the citizens of Allen and Simpson County, and offer a path forward to a better future.
